Daily activities in the kuteer includes

  • Morning Meditation and Prayers

    (5:00 AM to 6:00 AM)

    This Activity starts with 21 times Omkar chanting followed by meditation and daily prayers

  • Havan - An offering to fire god

    (9 AM to 9:45 AM)

    Every day, Havan is performed by chanting one chapater of Bhagavad Gita and other mantras

  • Bhajans

    (9:45 AM to 10:30 AM)

    Singing the glory of the God of all faiths is performed daily

  • Name chanting

    (10:30 AM to 11:00 AM)

    "Rama Rama Jaya Raja Rama, Rama Rama Jaya Sita Rama" Name chanting is performed as a group

  • Nitya Narayana Seva

    (8:00 AM)

    Breakfast is served to loving oldage mothers in nearby locality

    (11:30 AM to 12:30 PM)

    Lunch would be packed and distributed to the needy

  • Evening Meditation

    (05:00 PM to 06:00 PM)

    This Activity starts with 21 times Omkar chanting followed by meditation

  • Parayanam

    (06:00 PM to 08:00 PM)

    Recitation of one of the following - Vishnu Sahasra Naama, Lalitha Sahasra Naama, Hanuman Chalisa and Bhagavad Gita

Monthly activities in the kuteer includes

  • Monthly Medical Camp

    From 20th to 24th of every month, free medical camp is conducted for anyone at Sri Sathya Sai Kuteer premises. Medicineless Sujok therapy and Naturopathy treatments are provided for people who are suffering from any kind of ailments like skin disease, diabetes, hyper-tension etc.

  • Monthly Narayana Seva

    Lunch is served on 23rd of every month in Sri Sathya Sai Kuteer Premises – Puttaparthi. Visitors include people from puttaparthi, surrounding villages, and also those who are visiting Puttaparthi. We have been serving 800 - 1000 people every month. Lunch menu generally consists of a combination from following items - Sambar, Curry, White rice, Fried appetizer, Yogurt rice, Pickle, Fruit, and a sweet.

    On 5th and 11th of every month, lunch is served to 350 - 400 patients, who come for treatment to Sri Sathya Sai mobile medical camp held at Patha Bathalapalli and Veldurthi, Patients come from surrounding villages. In Patha Bathalapalli and Veldurthi villages, there is no food/hotel facility.

  • Vanara Seva (Feeding Monkeys)

    Weekly twice, Vanaras (Monkeys) are served either peanuts or bananas or soaked Kala Chana in and around Puttaparthi and Bukkapatnam village.

  • Free Drinking Water

    Daily free drinking RO water is provided 24x7 to anyone at Sri Sathya Sai Kuteer premises at Puttaparthi.

  • Education

    In Narsimpalli village, we have employed teachers to teach tuition to about 100 government school kids who are studying 1st class to 8th class. Tuitions are conducted 6 days a week. Similarly in Narsimpalli Thanda village, tuition is being offered 6 days a week to 20 kids who are studying 1st class to 5th class.

  • Shankara Eye Camp

    We identify people in the remote villages who have eye problems and work with Shankara Eye foundation to facilitate the eye camp in the premises
